Marsha G. King, Ph.D.
Dr. Marsha King is an executive coach and performance consultant. Marsha has worked with numerous senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies in areas
such as leadership, executive presence, people management, communication skills, and strategic thinking. Dr. King is an expert in executive assessment and
uses her skills to identify performance goals and outcomes with her clients and then works with them to customize a coaching process to help them enhance
their strengths and overcome their challenges. Clients point to Marsha’s candor, authenticity, insight, compassion, and desire to help others be successful as
personal strengths that she brings to every coaching engagement.
Marsha possesses a unique combination of work experiences and education /training that makes her
an effective executive coach. She was a Managing Vice President for Capital One Financial, a
Fortune 200 financial services firm, for nearly 8 years where she was a trusted advisor and coach to
several C-level executives, as well as numerous senior leaders. In this role she coached her clients
on organizational strategy, people development, leadership development, conflict management,
change leadership, influencing skills, and individual performance. Prior to this position she worked
for DDI, a global consulting firm, as an Executive Coach where she worked with executives from
Nortel, Qwest, Steelcase, USPS, Whirlpool and others. In this role, Marsha applied rigorous
assessment processes and tools to identify skill and capability gaps, provided feedback to the
executives, and worked with them to craft action oriented development plans. Marsha received a
B.S. in Business Administration from Ohio State University, an M.Ed. in Adult Education from Penn
State University and a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Penn State University.

Lloyd is a seasoned executive coach (Master Certified Coach, International Coach Federation), consultant, educator, and Principal of Integral Focus. He has
over 25 years experience as a coach, organizational consultant, facilitator, and educator. Lloyd applies insights from the behavioral sciences, action learning,
moral considerations, and holistic development to help clients expand their
individual and organizational awareness, aligning talent, and driving results. He supports clients
through dialogue, experiential learning, and collaboratively-designed leadership experiments.
Lloyd's clients include executives and teams in the private and public sectors. Private sector clients:
E*Trade Bank, AOL, Booz Allen Hamilton, Conair, EDS, Hewlett-Packard, MCI, Marriott International,

Leah is a certified executive coach and facilitator with a focus on helping leaders achieve their work and life goals. A seasoned coach, she has worked with
numerous leaders in organizations large and small such as Fannie Mae, NASD, USAir, NIH, PBS and AARP. Leah supports executives in determining what
results are critical to their success and the success of the organization. Through the use of self-assessment tools, on-the-job practices, and coaching
conversations, her clients become increasingly aware of their actions and the
impact of those actions on others. This enables leaders to move more effectively and confidently to achieve breakthrough results.
An experienced manager, Leah has over 20 years in leadership positions in Fortune 100 companies.
She has served as Vice President of Human Resources at Fannie Mae and as Vice President of
Training and Development at Fannie Mae, Duracell International Inc., and American Express Travel
Related Services. Leah holds a B.S. and M.S. from Fort Hays (KS) State University and a Ph.D. from
Indiana University. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and active in a number
of professional and community organizations that support education, learning and leadership development.

Sandy Mobley, founder of The Learning Advantage, is an expert in organization development and executive and team coaching with over 20 years of
experience. Her expertise helps people and organizations lead and enable change. She has worked with senior leaders through transformations to
implement their visions. Her work has focused on many areas of organizational performance, but on these in particular: strategy, change, learning, teamwork,
leadership, and risk taking. Clients include: AARP, Booz Allen Hamilton, Ernst & Young, Fannie Mae,
Nextel, Departments of State, EPA, and Fairfax County Government. She has extensive experience
working with the intelligence community. Sandy co-designed Georgetown University’s Coaching Certificate Program.
Prior to her training and consulting career, Sandy spent seven years in the computer field in systems
engineering and marketing. This front-line experience gives her an exceptionally pragmatic
perspective on the role and value of coaching and development. After earning her MBA from
Harvard Business School, she served as Director of Executive Development for Hewett Packard,
Watson Wyatt, and McKinsey & Company. Sandy earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in
Mathematics from the University of Texas. She is certified a Master Coach by the International Coaching Federation and a Master Somatic Coach by Strozzi Institute.

Kathleen Fimmel
Kathleen holds a coaching certification from the Newfield Network and is a member of the International Coach Federation. A seasoned public speaker and group facilitator, Kathleen employs an integrative approach to team-building and conflict resolution interventions. She has developed mastery in emotional intelligence, and offers a unique style that challenges people to transcend self-established limitations. She encourages individuals to view situations from new perspectives and accept full responsibility for their choices. Her compassionate and often humorous approach fosters creativity, builds trust, and enhances cooperation.
In 2001, Kathleen founded Point of Change, P.C., a practice focusing on the dynamics of organizational change based on core values. She is certified in Cultural Transformation Tools, (a values-based assessment) and 360° feedback instruments. A 1989 graduate of Columbia University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, she is also a certified Practitioner of Psychodrama (TEP).

Arleen LaBella has more than 28 years of experience as an organizational development consultant, executive coach, trainer and author. She is a Master
Certified Coach with International Coach Federation. Her specialty is the design and implementation of strategies to maximize the effectiveness of individuals,
teams, and organizations. She has a proven track record of helping her clients optimize leadership skills, improve working relationships, create exciting new
futures, and move beyond obstacles to reach desired outcomes. Arleen's coaching approach is founded on the belief that the payoffs to coaching are
transferable learning and action. Her coaching is client-strength oriented, goal driven, and pragmatic.
Arleen has worked with clients across the United States and internationally in Germany, Hungary,

professional services, hi-tech, commercial real estate, financial services industries. She helps executives and senior managers optimize their
strengths, overcome barriers and stay focused on achieving results. Cathy has
worked with executives in the C suite, as well as specialized departments such as sales, operations,
information technology and finance. Along with her extensive background in executive leadership
and business management, Cathy applies a wide range of tools and coaching techniques to customize each individual’s coaching process.
Cathy’s experience in the hi-tech industry includes a wide range of responsibilities in sales,

Gordon Silcox
Gordon Silcox received his MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
and his AB degree from Princeton. He is an International Coach Federation certified executive coach,
consultant and facilitator specializing in executive development and career planning. His focus on
helping individuals improve work performance supports them in refining their leadership style,
increasing communication skills and building other behaviors essential for professional success and
fulfillment. His coaching approach utilizes self-observation to enhance awareness, purposeful
questions to examine modes of operating and identifying plans of action to work toward
implementing new behaviors. Confidentiality, respect and mutual trust are centerpieces of his coaching.
Gordon has over twenty years of experience working with executives in a wide range of industries
and functional specialties including financial services, hi-tech, not-for-profits, law, communications
and media. Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Gordon headed the office of an international
executive recruiting firm and opened the Washington, DC office of Manchester, Inc. He headed the
trust investment department of Wachovia Bank and facilitated management and leadership programs
for the American Bankers Association. He is past president of the Washington, DC chapter of the
Human Resource Leadership Forum. AARP recently selected Gordon to be an expert judge for the “Best Employers for Workers Over 50” for the sixth year in a row.

As an ICF certified coach, Paula helps leaders clarify their goals and build upon their natural strengths to increase their professional and personal success and satisfaction. Paula created the National Association of Security Dealers’ (Nasdaq) first formal organizational development department and worked with senior executives to bring about cultural change through development of its leaders. Her client work has focused on government and educational institutions and Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox Financial Services. She headed the first career center for adult students and mid-career professionals at the University of Maryland.
Over the past 20 years, she has served in leadership roles in technology, marketing, finance, analysis, research, regulation, law, congressional affairs, communications and international security functions. Paula earned an M.A. from George Washington University and a B.S. from the University of Maryland. She is certified in the Myers -Briggs Type Indicator and 360 instruments and was recognized as a speaker on executive coaching at the international conference of the American Society for Training and Development in 2006.
