The Officium Model

The foundation of our work lies in the principles, Who I Am, What I Say, and What I Do.
Our skill lies in the questions we ask that bring out critical realities and give people the help they need to correct problems that get in their way.
Who I Am.—Self-awareness, knowing who you are and the impact you have on others, lays the foundation for making positive changes in your life. We help you build the emotional fortitude that comes from self-discovery and self-mastery. This allows you to accept and deal with your own weaknesses so they don’t get in the way of your ability to lead.
What I Say.—Knowing who you are has a critical impact on the messages you convey to others and is the foundation of good people skills. Good leaders know they’re thriving when followers see their inner strength, inner confidence, and ability to help team members deliver results.
"You judge yourself by your intent, while others judge you by your behavior." - Alan Gilburg
What I Do.—People judge you by what you do more than by what you say! Albert Mehribian, PhD, professor of psychology at UCLA did a study on
communication concluding that about 93 percent of the level of trust and credibility we communicate depends on what happens through our body. We work with you to get rid
of the subtle body moves that work against you and develop different habits that communicate what you intend.
