Judy Brannock, aka “Coach Judy”
Founder and President
Judy Brannock has been an internationally known speaker, executive coach, business strategist and organization effectiveness consultant for over two decades. Known for her warmth, humor and down-to-earth style, she focuses on emotional intelligence and embodied leadership - a powerful combination of self-management skills that increases leaders' ability to communicate clearly, read others' reactions, and act accordingly. Her work with teams facilitates building trust, sustaining high performance, communicating so individuals' needs are met, and resolving conflict.

She designs "practices" so clients can "try on" new behaviors, address specific challenges, and develop new skills.
Her accomplishments include copyrighting a seminar, "Winning in the Workplace", designed to help professionals build credibility, inspire confidence and command respect so they can move up in their organizations. Judy holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Education and Organization Development from the University of North Carolina, University of Tennessee and George Washington University. She also studied under Dr. W. Edwards Deming.**
Judy holds certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence, Team Challenges, Daryl Sink Instructional Design, SPIN Selling, and Appreciative Inquiry. She earned her coaching certification through Georgetown University and continues advanced study with internationally known gurus such as Richard Heckler, PhD, Embodied Leadership and Steve Gilligan, PhD, Generative Coaching.
